"First the guys show up and they only have two men to handle a large move as one guy did not show up. We were conscerned at first as this seemed to be a large move for just two men. Not the case these guys were awesome they took care of our items and we had no damage; the job did take a while but that is to be expected with only two men on the job. I have owned and operated Greater Austin Moving & Storage since 2001. Native Austinites, my wife and I enjoy our city and are proud to serve the community and support other local businesses. I enjoy coaching lacrosse at an area high school and my business is a proud member of Choose Austin First.
How did I get into the moving business? After college I worked for a national van line in sales and learned how to offer a quality moving product during my tenure. At Greater Austin Moving & Storage we pride ourselves in offering van line-type service at local moving prices. The moving industry is very competitive in the Austin area, especially with the influx of small illegitimate web search-based companies. Please be a well-advised consumer and choose a company that follow the rules. Accountability is the hallmark of my business and what I stress to my crews. I am proud to say that 20% of my business is referral and I have many repeat customers. We are not in the industry job-to-job, we are rooted here in Austin and hope to have the opportunity to offer you the best in the business!
