Pricing Options:

• Online Quote:
  You may submit your inventory online for a free quote and maximum discount. This method will provide you an email back from us with a copy of the inventory you submitted. This is the quickest way to get a guaranteed price (based on your itemized list). Upon arrival, your crew will complete a walk-through to insure the inventory you've submitted is accurate. Any adjustments will be called in at this time. We only charge you for items and services that we provide, so if you remove items and/ or services, we will deduct them from your total. A variance of 10% is average (up or down) for any missed or removed items.
• Hourly:
  Please call or email for hourly rates. This option is best if you are not confident in your inventory. If you are moving apartments within the same complex, this is a good way to go as well. There is a 2- hour minimum and all hourly rates include a large moving truck. We are not able to discount hourly rates.
• Guaranteed Not to Exceed:
  The owner will personally complete an in-house estimate and offer a firm price and GNTE. This means we'll need to see everything you need to move and any items that possibly might go. *This is by appointment only and you must be scheduled one month before your move date.

Tips To Keep Your Cost Down & Make Your Move Easier:

• Disconnect/ Reconnect Appliances
• Disassemble and reassemble beds
• Disassemble items that will not fit through doorways
• Remove mirrors from dressers

Packing Tips:

Use PROPER moving boxes! Moving boxes come in several sizes:

• 1.5 cu. ft (small)
• 3.0 cu. ft. (medium)
• 4.5 cu. ft. (large)
• Dish Pack
• Wardrobe
• Mirror Box

**Remember the heaviest items should go in the smallest box, the lightest in the larger boxes.

What goes where?

• Small boxes are great for books, smaller heavy items, and pictures in frames.
• Medium boxes are best for pots, pans, small appliances and stereo components.
• Save Large boxes for linens, clothes, pillows and children's' toys.
• Wardrobes are for your hanging clothing items and great for throw pillow.
• Mirror boxes double as large picture boxes as well.
• Use paper, not packing peanuts, for all boxes. Peanuts are expensive, messy and harmful to the environment. Crumpled paper works very well for cushioning fragile items instead.
• The biggest mistake is packing many heavy items into a large box. This will compromise the box and many times it will become too heavy for our crew.

Insurance (shouldn't be called insurance- it's valuation):

We offer Basic Liability on all moves, which is what Tx DoT requires of all moving companies. This is not Full Value Protection, but it is meant to cover minor damage and scratches. If you are interested in Full Value Protection, please call to discuss this option. In many cases, your homeowner or renters' policy will cover items while in transit. If a company states that your items are covered at full value, please make certain that a certificate is supplied stating your individual shipment coverage. Be informed that there are no umbrella policies which cover your shipment at full value without providing you a certificate prior to loading. Do not fall victim to false statements and denied claims.
